I must admit, I have an aversion to many of the unnecessarily named fly trap clones; many look either very similar or like baked plastic. As a kind of self-righteous objection to this, I have named this seed grown, and very unusual plant, which I grew a number of years ago.
Aside from the plants here in the nursery, there is only a single specimen in a private collection which I sold last year, at the time of writing this. I only have a few individual plants available, and suspect it will be another couple of years until I have any more to offer, hence the price on these reflects the rarity.
It's a fairly large growing plant, with its crooked angular leaves to 5 inches in height.
