1. Orders up to and including £30.00 in the UK are sent by the courier APC, or by Hermes for some 1-2 plant orders, and costs £7.95 to mainland UK, so if you are going to be away, please tell us! For Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland, we send by Hermes. Delivery is typically around 1 working day from despatch for APC, and 3-4 via Hermes. Plants are sent potted.
2. All orders over £30.00 on the UK mainland are delivered by the courier APC and cost £9.95 to mainland UK, so if you are going to be away, please tell us! For Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland, we send by Hermes. Delivery is typically around 2 working days from despatch for APC, and 3-4 via Hermes. Plants are sent potted.
3. ORDERS OVER £55 SELECT THE FREE DELIVERY OPTION, YOUR PLANTS WILL BE SENT POTTED.
All orders to Northern Ireland are sent by Hermes.
Shortages and omissions must be notified within 5 working days of receipt.
Hewitt-Cooper Carnivorous Plants cannot be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit.
Plants are despatched year round, but be aware that temperate species will be dormant during the winter months. In times of extreme cold orders may be delayed.
Orders usually ship in 2-3 days. This time will be longer in the summer months when the shows are a major undertaking. For show dates see the shows category.
